Warranty Information

We are dedicated to making high quality products from the best materials possible and by talented production professionals.  If something goes wrong with your SCOUT product, we'll work to make it right.

SCOUT Stroller Carriers are warranted against defects in material and workmanship.  This warranty applies to the original purchaser and is void if the product is used commercially, structurally altered, or subjected to stresses beyond the physical limitations of the materials used, or is damaged as a result of abnormal use.  Loading SCOUT with any objects other than a BOB Revolution voids this warranty.

Damage resulting from contact with objects other than a stroller including, but not limited to, road surfaces, other vehicles, humans, animals, physical structures and various other movable and immovable objects is not warranted.  Normal wear and tear is not warranted.

This warranty does not include any responsibility for incidental or consequential damages resulting from the use of SCOUT Stroller Carriers. 

If warranty applies, Scout Family Equipment will repair or replace, at its discretion, the product or any part or component that is deemed defective.

Scout Family Equipment reserves the right to change products and designs without incurring any obligations to incorporate such changes into already completed products, or those already in use.  Products repaired or replaced under this warranty may or may not incorporate these changes. 

Any product(s) damaged during delivery (when ordered from SCOUT Direct) or defective product must be returned directly to SCOUT in the original packaging. 

Submit warranty claims by contacting service@scoutfamily.com.  Upon approval, a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA) will be issued and must be included with the product as well as a copy of the original sales receipt.

All warranted merchandise must be returned to Scout Family Equipment.

Once your SCOUT Stroller Carrier is registered SCOUT Family Equipment provides each original retail purchaser a warranty against defects in materials and workmanship, as stated below:

LIFETIME
- Carrier body, including welds

2 YEAR
- Zero-Rattle hitch pin

1 YEAR
- Straps
- Locking stroller wheel pin

THIS WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER:
Normal wear and tear
Improper installation or assembly
Improper follow-up maintenance
Damage or failure due to accident, misuse, abuse, or neglect
Labor and shipping charges for part replacement or changeover
